As you are going to appear for your CUET exam, ensuring you have all the necessary items is crucial and important for a successful exam experience.

Here is a list of things you are supposed to carry with yourself to the exam centre:

1) Admit Card

A clear admit card with self declaration must be carried with yourself. This is your ticket to the exam. Without admit card, you won't be allowed to appear for the exam in any situation. Make sure to print atleast two copies of admit card to be on the safer side. Read the instructions mentioned on the admit card very carefully, paying full attention.

2) Valid ID Proof

Any original photo IDs is needed to be carried with you, as it will be asked on the exam centre to confirm your identification. It can be Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, passport, etc. It is suggested that you carry your Aadhaar card, as it is most convenient ID for identification purpose.

3) Writing Materials

Make sure to carry a transparent pouch with yourself which contains a transparent pens, pencil, eraser and sharpener (nothing more).

4) Water Bottle

Carry a transparent water bottle with yourself (not a colorful one) to stay hydrated and keep anxiousness away.

5) 2-3 Passport-sized Photographs

Carry with yourself some passport sized photographs as it is asked on the centre for official work and to paste on your admit card.

6) PwBD Certificate-

If you belong to physically challenged category, please carry your PwBD certificate issued by authorized medical officer to the CUET exam centre.

Do's-
  • Wear simple and light clothes to the centre.
  • If you want to appear in exam in cultural or customary dress, report the exam centre atleast one hour before.
  • Wear slippers, as shoes are not permitted.
  • Carry your spectacles with you if you face vision-related issues.
Don'ts-
  • Avoid carrying any electronic devices.
  • Wallet, purse, belts etc. should not be worn.
  • Don't carry any sheet of paper other than admit card.
  • Jewellery of any kind is not permitted. They will ask you to take it out at the exam centre, better you leave them at home.
  • Any kind of thread in the hands, legs or neck is also avoidable.
  • Don't carry a watch with you.
