The prestigious fest of the one and only Daulat Ram College, Manjari 2024 promises a golden evening for everyone who comes to be a part of it.
The fest promises magical music and dance performances with the societies showcasing their moves that are brought to perfection with days and days of practice. Each year is better than the last one. So brace yourself for all your expectations and fantasies to be surpassed.

What’s the Location?
The fest is to be held in DRC itself. The nearest metro station to Daulat Ram College is Vishwa Vidyalaya, located just 1.4 km away. Whether you walk or take an e-rickshaw via NH 44 and Guru Tegh Bahadur Road, you can reach the fest or metro station in just 3 to 4 minutes.

1. Reel Making Competition:
Do you have what it takes to transform the most beautiful moments into a show stopping reel? Well, then good news for you as Daulat Ram Colleges's Manjari brings to you a Reel Making Competition.
Date: 27th February
Registration Fee: Rs. 100/-
Details of the Event
1. The reel must include highlights from both days of Manjari 24.
2. Submit your reel by March 1st. Delayed submissions will result in disqualification.
3. Participants are required to cover only the events and should not be observed loitering within the college campus.
2. Battle of Bands:
Let your inner rock and roll rule you to create the most perfect of harmonies!
Date: 27th February
Registration Fee: Rs. 1,000/-
Details of the Event
1. Bands must have a minimum of three members, all listed on the registration form.
2. Only registered band members and one roadie are allowed on stage.
3. Bands agree to promotional use of their name and performance without compensation.
4. Band names and lyrics must be free of obscenities, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
5. Bands must bring their own equipment, be responsible for its security, and adhere to a 20-minute performance time limit.
3. Talent Hunt:
Bring to life your inner India’s Got Talent fantasy with Manjari 24!
Date: 28th February
Registration Fee: Rs. 200/-
Details of the Event
1. Acts must be between 2 to 5 minutes long.
2. Acts must be original, with limited cues for inspiration, and free of vulgarity and offensive language.
3. Hate speech or insults towards any religion or caste are strictly forbidden. The video should be continuous without excessive edits, but editing for adding elements like additional voices is allowed.
4. Uttarang
You're warmly invited to join "Uttarang," the annual fest happening on February 28th as part of Manjari's second-day festivities brought to you by Devbhoomi (The Pahadi Community of DRC).
Expect a celebration brimming with music, talent, passion, and culture. Your unique talent will undoubtedly elevate the event and bring an extra touch of magic to the festivities. Brace yourself for two delectable competitions!
Mr. and Miss Uttarang:
A ramp walking competition. Be a part of "Uttarang" and join the cultural ramp walk competition—a fusion of style, folklore, fashion, and elegance.
Date: 28th February
Venue: Rangshala
Details of the Event
1. Participants must focus on attire, ramp walk, question and answer rounds, and cultural representation.
2. Attire should reflect Pahadi culture.
3. Prizes will be awarded based on public voting.
Phulari:
Devbhoomi DRC brings to you "Phulari," an upcoming Group Dance Competition. Join them for a fantastic time as they dance to the vibrant rhythms.
Date: 28th February
Venue: Rangshala
Details of the Event
1. Registration is required on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Performances must be within 7 minutes and feature only Pahadi dance forms from Uttarakhand or Himachal Pradesh.
3. Judging criteria include Culture Representation, Synchronization, Props Usage, Stage Usage, and Consistency in dance.
5. Rasaotsav 2.0
The Poetry Society of Daulat Ram College presents "Imagism: Capturing College Moments"- A slam poetry competition, an event aimed at capturing the beauty of your college experience through poetry.
Date: 28th February
Time: 9 A.M. onwards
Venue: Conference Hall
Details of the Event
1. Submit only original poems in either Hindi or English, using only one language.
2. Avoid inappropriate language in your poems.
3. Performances should not exceed 5 minutes; stick to the time limit.
6. REcover
Spectra, the Fine Arts Society of Daulat Ram College, presents "REcover," a Book Cover Recreation competition as part of the annual fest, Manjari’24.
Date: 27th February
Time: 10 AM - 12 PM
Venue: CLT, Daulat Ram College
Winners will receive cash prizes totaling 4k, along with certificates, while all participants will be awarded e-certificates!
But Wait, Did You Think That This Was All?
Not at all. We have another mind blowing, pulse racing and heart stopping event that will have you rushing to the fest.
You might wanna sit down for this one. Why? Well, Manjari will be graced with the presence of the one and only, the legendary, the one who gave us bangers like “Khaab”- None other than Akhil.
See? Told you. Mind. Blowing
There, in the Sports Complex of Daulat Ram College on 28th Feb from 5 PM, You will witness a magical melody delivered to you by Akhil.

Who Is Allowed & How To Enter?
If hearing about Akhil did not get you in the fest mood, then this definitely would! The entry is free for girls only. Yeah, you read that right! All you Delhi University Girlies will be welcomed with open arms at Manjari’24. All you need is your Student ID card and a registration for Non- DRCian girls. So as long as you have that, you are good to go!
